We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are processed within a 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During limited edition or high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Mom Society Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mom Society Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

• Check with household members and neighbors
• Check around your delivery location
• Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We recommend selecting secure delivery locations. We are happy to assist with carrier information if needed
